Our process

Phase I: Discovery & Assessment

Self-assessment tool, Art-Reach site visit assessment, internal stakeholder interviews, external stakeholder surveys, development of initial assessment, areas of focus, and preliminary recommendations.

Phase II: Community Feedback

Community site visits, community focus groups, program observation, rapid prototyping of program ideas, and update to recommendations.

Phase III: The Plan

Finalized recommendations, development of implementation tool, delivery of final presentation, structured Strategic Accessibility Plan, and three-year implementation tool
