Museum Trips

Art-Reach works with area museums, historic sites, aquariums, the zoo, arboretums and gardens to distribute low-cost tickets to our Member Organizations.  Among these opportunities are general admission tickets and guided tours, ranging in price $1 – $13.  See Museum Ticketing List above for details.  To take advantage of the Museum Ticketing Program, you must be an Art-Reach Member. How Art-Reach Member Organizations can request Museum Tickets:

  1. Select the Art-Reach Museums List button above and browse our participating museums.
  2. After finding one that your group wishes to visit, select the Museum Request Form button above, complete and submit. This form should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the date on which you plan to visit, and should include alternative dates, should your first choice be unavailable. This is also your opportunity to provide a specific theme and/or area of focus if requesting a guided tour.
  3. Within 24 hours, you will receive notification that your request was submitted successfully. If you do not hear from Art-Reach within that time, please call (267) 515-6724.
  4. When your group visit has been confirmed with the hosting venue, you will receive a museum visit confirmation sheet via email. Print this attachment and take it with you to the admission desk on the day of your trip. This is where you’ll meet your host or guide (if applicable), and where you’ll receive your admission tickets, pins or wristbands.
