If your human-service organization is already an Art-Reach Member Agency, visiting a museum is easier than ever. Here’s what you have to do:

  1. Browse our online list of participating Art-Reach Museums above.
  2. After finding one that your group wishes to visit, complete and submit a Museum Request Form. This form should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the date on which you plan to visit, and should include alternative dates, should your first choice be unavailable. This is also your opportunity to provide a specific theme and/or area of focus if requesting a guided tour.
  3. Within 24 hours, you will receive notification that your request was submitted successfully. If you do not hear from Art-Reach within that time, please call Angela Wang at (267) 515-6724.
  4. When your group visit has been confirmed with the hosting venue, you will receive a museum visit confirmation sheet via email. Print this attachment and take it with you to the admission desk on the day of your trip. This is where you’ll meet your host or guide (if applicable), and where you’ll receive your admission tickets, pins or wristbands.
  5. Enjoy your trip, and let us know how it went! You’ll be invoiced afterwards, and are encouraged to send thank you notes or cards to be forwarded to the host venue. These notes should be mailed to:
