Art-Reach creates, advocates for and expands accessible opportunities in the arts so the full spectrum of society is served.

Our Work

We work with over 400 organizations across the cultural and human service sector to provide support in program development and to create opportunities for traditionally underserved audiences. We are a thought leader in the field of Cultural Accessibility.

We are a non-profit organization devoted to increasing cultural participation
among traditionally underserved audiences in both the disability and low-income sectors.

Our services include:

ACCESS Admission

ACCESS Cardholders (those Pennsylvania residents who monitor their government issued cash, food, or medical benefits with an EBT card), are invited to visit participating museums, science centers, gardens, historic sites, and Live-Arts Venue and attractions at a deeply discounted rate.

Member Programs

We offer tickets to museums and cultural venues at low-cost to our members. We provide them with extended, interactive, and enriching artistic workshops as well as bring creative performances and hands-on activities to their sites

CAFE

CAFE is our Cultural Accessibility Forum & Exchange series. We facilitate dialogue with cultural organizations who are focused on improving their venue’s accessibility and learning from one another as well as regional and national experts in the field.

Resources

We provide information on accessible opportunities in the region for patrons that have hearing, vision loss and other sensory disabilities so that they may fully participate in arts and cultural experiences. We also consult with and provide technology to theatres and cultural venues so that the arts remain accessible to everyone.

In 2016, we created 133,473 cultural opportunities for people across Philadelphia!
