Ticket Pledge Form

 

Art-Reach encourages our Arts Partners to use our Ticket Pledge Form to provide tickets to performing arts events, museums, and other cultural activies. In order to ensure that the tickets you provide are offered to the the widest range of audiences possible, Art-Reach requests all tickets pledges be at least three weeks in advance of the event date.
