Partnership Advantages

Art-Reach works with over 125 cultural organizations throughout the Delaware Valley in order to provide increased accessibility and outreach, diversify audiences, and help facilitate supplementary arts education programming on behalf of our Arts Partners.

Executive Director Michael Norris stands with Philadelphia Theatre Company's Sara Garonzik and Councilwoman At-Large Blondell Reynolds BrownArt-Reach's Art Partners provide performing arts and museum tickets or collaborate with Art-Reach to provide staff resources and/or educational materials to underserved audiences. In return, Art-Reach provides our Arts Partners with access to diverse audiences from over 180 of our member agencies, which include human service agencies, schools, churchs, hospitals, support groups, activity centers, residential facility, and elderly homes. Art-Reach also provides low-cost suggestions about ways to make your organization more accessible to people with physical and developmental disabilities through our Accessibility Site Visits and through our Arts Accessibility Guide. Lastly, we work with your organization to help develop accessible programming and to publicize your accessible cultural events to the widest audience possible through the accessible events webpage on the Greater Philadelphia Culltural Alliance's PhillyFunGuide.com.

In addition to receiving tickets from our Arts Partners, Art-Reach also welcomes tickets from corporations, individual donors and community organizations. Providing tickets is a win-win situation for underserved individuals served by Art-Reach as well as for partnering organizations, individuals, and corporations. Our audiences get to experience a cultural event they would not otherwise be able to attend, and ticket providers expand their community outreach efforts to appreciative audiences. Art-Reach also regards the local artists we partner with through our In-Facility Program, as well as any individuals who donate tickets as Arts Partners. Please note: Art-Reach requests ticket donations to be made three weeks in advance of the event date in order to ensure that underserved audiences will be able to make proper transportation arrangements.
