The In-Facility Program

Art-Reach's In-Facility Program brings musicians, dancers, theatre groups, storytellers, and visual artists directly into human service agencies, schools, hospitals, and elderly homes. In this way, individuals can interact much more directly with the artists, thereby deepening and diversifying their arts experience. Art-Reach partners with over 45 different regional artists, each of whom is extremely experienced and dedicated to working with individuals from a range of different age groups and backgrounds.

Through the In-Facility Program, Art-Reach works to:

  • maintain a roster of diverse artists who have experience and interest in performing for underserved groups and who have agreed to lower their usual asking fees to accommodate smaller budgets
  • suggest performers and visual artists which are appropriate to the needs of each group
  • coordinate all details of the performance/workshop (i.e., arrange date/time with artists, complete confirmations)
